Who we are
This website is operated by Coreloop Advisory LLP (LLPIN ACX-7566), a limited liability partnership registered in India with its registered office at H.No. 7, Radha Krishna Avenue, Edupugallu, Kankipadu Mandal, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh 521139, India. For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the data fiduciary for the personal data described in this notice.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, company, work email address, phone number (optional), area of interest and message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not load third-party tracking scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
Why we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, to discuss a potential engagement with you and to keep a record of our correspondence. We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it for us
Form submissions are received and stored by our website hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., and delivered to our business email service, provided by Zoho. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside India, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up. If no business relationship follows, we delete them within 24 months of our last contact with you. If we go on to work together, relevant records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, or erase it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it. To make a request, email info@coreloopadvisory.in. We will respond within a reasonable time.

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first at info@coreloopadvisory.in with the subject line "Privacy". If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
